PORT INNER HARBOR ECONOMIC REVITALIZATION PLAN (PIER PLAN)
The Port NOLA Inner Harbor Economic Revitalization Plan (PIER Plan) is a collaborative planning project with the City of New Orleans focused on future development of the Port's Inner Harbor and surrounding communities, funded by the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency.
After many months of rigorous analysis and stakeholder engagement, Port NOLA is seeking comments on the Draft Port Inner Harbor Economic Revitalization Plan (PIER Plan). The draft document is available as a PDF here.
The public comment period has been extended comments will be collected until March 20th and will be considered in finalizing the PIER Plan for Board of Commissioners adoption in April, 2020.
